Shipping & Delivery
We partner with FedEx to ensure your package is handled properly during transit. We offer several delivery options at checkout. These options include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air, and FedEx Ground Shipping Nationwide. There is a cut-off time for Overnight/Next Day Air Service, it is 2:00 pm (PST).
Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Deliveries that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional charges for redelivery.
You can choose the exact date you wish for your arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process. The specific delivery dates are unavailable for the Extra Small and Mini arrangements.
Orders within SF Bay Area can be handled by our courier service for same day deliveries. The specific time of delivery is highly dependent on the courier and what the most optimal route for an area might be. As such, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.
Our shipping calculator on the website is pretty smart! The most accurate way to get an estimate is to create an order containing a flower arrangement that you plan to order:
1. Select the arrangement, then click "Place Order."
2. On the checkout page, enter your full shipping address and the calculator will work its magic. You'll see all of the options available to your address for this order, along with shipping costs and estimated transit times.
We deliver every day Monday - Saturday. We strongly recommend placing your orders at least five business days in advance before any major holidays, to avoid any delays. Please call one of our floral specialist at 1-925-239-8829 to arrange for SF Bay Area same day delivery.
We ship nationwide to residences and businesses in all lower 48 states.
If your shipping address is in SF Bay Area and your order is placed before 2 pm, La Fleur De Luxe offers same day delivery. For orders outside the Bay Area, you can select 1 business day shipping on the shipping step on the checkout for a flat rate.
In SF Bay Area, we offer white glove delivery, in which the Boxes with Roses are hand-delivered to your doorstep. For shipped orders, we carefully pack the Rose Box with extra foam, ensuring the protection and preservation of your arrangement.
Your roses should arrive in pristine condition and make an extraordinary impression. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within seven days of receiving your roses and we will work with you to make it right!
If you have additional information about the delivery, such as a second telephone number or an alternative address, please update the special delivery instructions in the checkout or inform us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please note that while the local couriers will do their best to honor your special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee they’ll be accommodated and aren’t liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from your requests.
**FedEx Delivery Manager does not support business addresses.
Once your order has been shipped we will email you the tracking number.
La Fleur De Luxe packages do not require signature. Please note, by placing your order you agree to accept the package with no signature and you take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur (if the shipping box is stolen). Please ensure the recipient is at the delivery address!
We have requested for your delivery to be left without a signature, but it's ultimately up to your local courier's discretion whether it's safe to leave a package.
We strongly endeavor to avoid delivering damaged products, but if this does occur, let us know within 24 hours, and we will arrange an immediate replacement to be sent.
Please provide the following information: the hotel name and address – the phone number of the hotel (if known) – the room number (if known) – the tour operator (if known) and of course please state the full name of the recipient.
Please provide the following information: the hospital name and address – the phone number of the hospital (if known) – hospital department – and of course please state the full name of the recipient. Please note that some hospitals do not allow flowers in intensive care units. If this is the case, we will inform you and the florist will remain in close contact with the hospital staff so that the flowers can be given to the patient as soon as she/he is allowed to receive them.
